Impact Wrestling Results returned as Introductions were made.
Kon overpowered Young at the start, but Young rallied until Deaner distracted him and Kon hit a Thez Press and then worked him over in the ropes and Deaner took a cheap shot.
Kon sent Young to the floor and Deaner nailed him again and denied it when the ref questioned him.

Young fought out of a submission hold by manipulating Kon’s thumb, then hit a suplex out of the corner. Young then powered Kon up for a Death Valley Driver for a near pinfall.
Kon caught him with a spinebuster for a near pinfall, but Young slipped out of a chokeslam and went for a piledriver. Deaner came in and hit him with a chair for the DQ, and took a seat while Kon chokeslammed him.
Kon fed Young to Deaner for an Antidote onto the steel chair and Deaner took a seat on him to celebrate.
Crazzy Steve opens up
Crazzy Steve’s interview continued, and he talked about growing up in a small town in a broken home and a trailer park. His father was a hard working man but also an alcoholic.

The abuse was mostly mental, but escalated to physical until Steve put an end to it.
Until the day he stood up to him he’d taken the abuse. His mom was his biggest fan, but after he was born she had constant boughts of cancer and other illnesses and she never stopped supporting his dream.
Three weeks before he signed with Impact Wrestling in 2014, his mom took her own life. Then he was told he was going to paint his face like a clown and make people happy when he was anything but.
He said he’s not a clown and he’s not crazy, and Tom told him he’s never heard that and asked why tell it all now and what does the future hold for him and Steve told him that’s why they’re there
No Disqualification – Bully Ray vs. Black Taurus
Taurus started it out fast with a series of shoulder tackles and sent Bully to the floor to hit a crossbody over the top rope.
Taurus threw some chairs into the ring and set up a table before he slammed a trash can into Bully and then wore a chair out on Bully.
Bully grabbed Taurus by his eyes through the mask but Taurus reversed his whip attempt and sent Bully into the ladder.

Taurus fought back and hit a twisting senton for a near pinfall. He rolled Bully onto the ladder, but Bully avoided another Twisting Senton and Taurus hit the ladder and Bully pinned him.
After the match, PCO came out and appeared in the ring behind Bully. Bully grabbed him and slammed PCO through the table, but PCO popped back up and Bully ran from the ring with PCO giving chase.
Number 1 Contenders Tag Team Tournament Finals – Rich Swann and Sami Callihan vs. The Rascalz (Trey Miguel, Zachary Wentz)
Trey and Swann started it off with an athletic display before Swann hit a dropkick and tagged in Sami to work over Trey’s left arm and they fired off some double team moves and they used them to take the Rascalz out on the floor.
The Rascalz fought out of double piledrivers to poke them in the eyes, hit dual superkicks, and then dual moonsaults off the top rope.
The Rascalz worked over Swann after they took out Sami, but Sami got back into it as Swann fought to stay alive.
Sami tagged in and took out the Rascalz with a piledriver and DDT, but then ate a double team from the Rascalz, including a running shooting star press from Wentz for a near pinfall.

Sami blocked Wenz’s kick when Trey tried to monkey flip him into it, and Sami hit a Cactus Driver 97 on Wentz into Trey and tagged in Swann.
Swann hit a hurricanrana on Trey, but he landed on Wentz’s head and Wentz rolled to the floor with a possible injury.
Wentz got back into it and Swann ate a superkick and double stomp for a near pinfall. A round of superkick from all four followed and they laid each other out.
Sami and Swann hit a double team cutter on Wentz for a near pinfall, and Sami tagged in for a double knee and Trey came in. Wentz and Swann went to the floor and Trey spraypainted Sami in the eyes and fired off a double team on him for the win.
