‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to close out the week with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
There’s some interesting decisions being made and an unexpected bonding moment we didn’t see coming. Let’s grab some popcorn and dive in!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, September 1: One for the team
In a twist that’s not surprising. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is going to pull a move that would normally make Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) proud – she’s going to give Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) an ultimatum.
Nikki’s going to voice her displeasure with Audra, but she’ll give her a chance. All she has to do is stop seeing Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) so he and Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) can reconcile.
Nikki’s going to hold onto the fact that despite being married a dozen or so times herself that her and Victor’s relationship will show Kyle and Summer what can be.
Of course, the fact that there appears no way that’s going to happen any time soon doesn’t bother her. She just wants it to happen. Funny how she always warns Victor against these kinds of moves.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, September 1: End of the hostilities
It looks like Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will be calling off their war and Jack may even invite her to stay at Jabot as it’s what he and their father would want.
Of course, Ashley will have to talk it over with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John), and how he reacts will be telling if he’s really been on the up and up or playing a masterful game of espionage.
She’ll agree to give Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) a chance, and Jack will do the same with Tucker.
It looks like Diane saving her life has healed all wounds, but in the process other ones have been opened and they may be harder to close.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, September 1: Dual spirits
In a twist “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers didn’t see coming, it looks like Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) are going to find common ground and actually get along for once.
Thanks to Jack always waiting for him to screw up, Billy will tell Adam he now knows what the world looks like through his eyes.
It’ll open up a line of communication that, while still hostile, will be something both need and it could open up new storyline opportunities.
It may be a reach to expect them to actually work together, but that doesn’t mean they won’t feed off one another as the writers take the easy way out and have them fall into their old dark ways.
