WWE Smackdown Results returned as The Brutes went right after them as soon as the Profits were in the ring and they went to the floor with Butch trying to mutilate Ford while Dawkins handled Ridge on the floor.
Ford ran Butch over with a shoulder block. Butch went for a leg hold on Ford, do Dawkins sent him to the floor and Holland threw Dawkins out after him.
Holland spun Ford around in a headlock, and Dawkins came in to drop him and Ford went for a pin attempt. The Profits unloaded on Butch, and then turned their attention to Holland. Butch caught them with boots and took the Profits down with a moonsault.
Holland used Butch like Funk used a ladder and spun him around in his shoulders to take out the Profits. After Ford took them out with a dive over the ropes, Bobby Lashley came out.
The Brutes unloaded ten beats on the Profits. Ford hit a Blockbuster on Holland off Dawkins’ shoulders, but Butch broke up the pin.

Ford rocked Holland with a superkick and Holland nailed him with a clothesline.
After Butch broke up a pin on Holland following a From the Heavens, Butch pulled out a table and accidentally slammed Lashley into the announce desk.
Ford nailed Holland and Butch with a right and finished setting up the table, but Holland powered out of a Yurinagi attempt by Ford and took out Ford and Dawkins and Butch snapped Dawkins’ fingers.
Butch headed to the top rope after Holland put Dawkins on the table, but Lashley shoved Butch off and hit him with a spear.
The distraction allowed the Profits to put Holland through the table with The Revelation for the win.

LA Knight’s respect
In the ring, Knight said he’ll get to the Miz in a second, but to him tonight is about Bray Wyatt. He came out to see all the fireflies, and it got him thinking that sometimes your greatest foes can be your greatest helpers.
He said they put each other through hell, and Wyatt was preparing him for anything. He held it together until he saw the pictures of his family.

Looking at all the fireflies around he knows everyone can feel Wyatt’s spirit in the building as the fans chanted “Thank you, Bray!”
He admitted that he didn’t like him but he’ll repeat the sentiment “Thank you, Bray!” because it helps him say, “Let me talk to ya!”
Knight then turned his attention to the Miz and how he is a never was and even when he won the titled twelve years ago he was still a backstory to the Rock and John Cena.
He told him if he’s looking for the end of LA Knight, he’s in for it and will face the Miz anywhere. Knight then said a wise man once told him the next time he sees him to run.
LA Knight vs. Finn Balor
They traded holds and Knight sent Balor to the match while the announcers talked about how we never got the Demon vs. the Fiend.
Knight sent Balor to the floor and slammed him into the announce desk a few times, and caught him with a crossbody over the top ropes back in the ring.

Knight then planted Balor and hit a boot for a near pinfall. Balor fought back and used a Russian Leg Sweep to buy some time before stomping away on Knight.
Knight caught Balor with a lariat and followed it with a running knee and a BFT attempt, but Balor fought free. Balor hit a shotgun dropkick and went for a Coup de Grace but Knight avoided it and hit a power slam.
The Fireflies are shining extra bright tonight.

A final tribute
He followed it with an elbow drop for a near pinfall, and Balor countered a Blunt Force Trauma with a roll up.
Balor went for another Coup de Grace, but Knight took out his footing and hit a superplex and then a BFT for the win.
After the match, the lights went out in typical Bray Wyatt fashion and a lantern appeared in the ring with a silhouette of Wyatt standing in the ring to a loud chorus of “Thank you, Bray!”
This was the perfect ending and for a second it seemed like something else was going to happen thanks to suspension of disbelief.
They couldn’t have done the tributes to Wyatt any better. Thank you, Bray.
