When it comes to celebrities who have stepped into the wrestling ring – few are bigger than Dennis Rodman. Part of the legendary lineup from the 90’s Chicago Bulls – Rodman would even step into the wrestling ring against the likes fo Hulk Hogan.

Tonight, he’s set to appear for AEW in Chicago – to kick off All Out weekend in a big way. Over 6000 points, 11000 rebounds, and five NBA Championships – now he makes his AEW debut.

    Dennis Rodman Loves The Acclaimed

With the championship banners hanging above, Tony Schiavone would welcome him to the ring. Before he could talk, the music of Jeff Jarrett would hit – a man Rodman ran with in WCW. Schiavone was kicked out, and Double J has a deal to make.

All the legends are back in Chicago, and he goes way back with Rodman. Satnam Singh was there, and is an all time great basketball player – just like Rodman.

Lethal has been a champion since day one, just like Rodman. Sonjay Dutt always strives for the best, just like Rodman. Karen Jarrett looks great in a dress, and so would Rodman!

If Rodman wants to run with the bulls in 2023, he only needs to join up with Jeff Jarrett. Rodman took the microphone, saying it’s his first time in Chicago in 13 years – and wishes it wasn’t so long.

He’s glad fans are enjoying All Elite Wrestling, and when Jarrett tried to threaten him with Singh – he said he’s kicked Shaq’s ass on the court, so doesn’t fear him.

Dutt would try to appeal to Rodman, and would toss him down with a choke throw. The Acclaimed would come back to the ring after the trios victory, running Jarrett & Co. off.

They would challenge Jarrett, Lethal & Singh for a trios match tomorrow night – with Dennis Rodman in their corner.

The Outcasts Come Together For Trios Win

The Outcasts are fine, despite all but falling apart at All In. Saraya is AEW Women’s World Champion after pinning Toni Storm in the middle of the ring.

Ruby Soho tried to keep the peace, but was knocked aside by Storm. Tonight however, they will unite for a trios match – taking on Britt Baker, Hikaru Shida and TBS Champion Kris Statlander.

Storm & Saraya were arguing as the match began, and Soho wanted to start with her All Out opponent Statlander. However, Storm demanded the tag – and would be shoved down by Statlander.

A shoulder tackle would drop Statlander, and Storm would get the TBS Champion in the corner. She wasted time taunting before the top attack, and took the dropkick instead.

Baker would get the tag for a neckbreaker, and Shida would be in next – almost colliding with Baker on the apron after a missed strike. This miscue allowed for Soho to regain Outcast control. Shida would take a high speed hip attack, nearly causing the pinfall. Cross Armed Clutch in the ring would see Shida counter into a roll up, but not completing the tag.

Shida would be determined and fought off Saraya, and suddenly the TBS Champion & AEW Women’s World Champion were trading blows.

A Blue Thunder Bomb would land, before the match broke down, with Storm, Shida & Baker entering the ring and being dropped. Statlander hit a powerslam, and Storm tried to break up the pin – but got Saraya instead.

Storm ran a distraction – taking the referees attention while Saraya sprayed Baker in the eyes. No Future Kick from Soho followed, and Baker was down for the pinfall.

Powerhouse Hobbs Is Looking For Collision Dominance

Powerhouse Hobbs is just 24 hours away from the biggest fight of his career. He has called out former TNT Champion, The Redeemer himself – Miro. It’s rare he faces someone who is his match physically, but that will be the case at All Out. Tonight, Hobbs has a chance to warm up – though there is no one like Miro to train against.

GPA was his opponent, and Hobbs ran right into him with a body block. One Spinebuster later, and this match was over before it even began.

It was one of the fastest matches in AEW history – but Hobbs would be stopped by the sound of trumpets. Miro was in the building – and he’d drive Hobbs from the ring with a lariat.

The brawl continued on the floor, where Hobbs was dumped into the crowd – where he made his retreat. There will be no retreat, and no surrender tomorrow at All Out. Who will win this heavyweight clash? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.

A wrestling fan practically since birth, who has been hooked since he got his first toy wrestling ring for Christmas as a child. Since getting access to the internet, he's watched more wrestling than he could ever remember from all around the world. It's hard to keep track of what happens in the wild world of professional wrestling, but he always tries to stay up to date. Note: No relation to Tully Blanchard of Four Horsemen fame (probably).
