B&B Bill Spencer Brought Justin Barber To Town For Nefarious Reasons
Initially brought to LA by Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) to take down Forrester Creations, Justin’s journey has been filled with loyalty, betrayal, and a complicated family life.
A former basketball star sidelined by injury, Justin became Bill’s right-hand man on the CBS soap. A chance encounter reunited him with high school sweetheart Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis). Their past intertwined further when Justin discovered he was the father of Donna’s son, Marcus.

Justin’s loyalty to Bill often took him down dark paths. He helped expose Rick Forrester’s girlfriend and dug up dirt on Ridge Forrester. (Thorsten Kaye)
He even piloted the helicopter that dumped Ridge in the Persian Gulf. Bill’s ruthless tactics, however, began to wear on Justin.
He was torn when Bill ordered the burning of Spectra Fashions, a rival company, and later the building’s destruction while his own son, Liam, (Scott Clifton) was trapped inside.
Justin’s suspicion grew after Bill’s shooting, as he was a potential heir to Spencer. He later aided Bill in dismantling Liam and Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Woods) marriage and their custody battle for their son, Will.
When B&B Bill and Liam were arrested for the death of Vinny Walker, Justin served as their attorney. However, his loyalty reached a breaking point when he learned Vinny’s death was a suicide.
He imprisoned Thomas Forrester, (Mathew Atkinson) who possessed this evidence, and deleted the files, fueled by years of being Bill’s lackey.

Seeking revenge, Justin attempted a takeover of Spencer, but his lies failed. He eventually freed Thomas, but Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) had already intervened.
After Bill disowned him, Justin offered his services to Ridge Forrester in exchange for staying out of jail. He later exposed Quinn Fuller’s (Rena Sofer) affair with Carter Walton, (Lawrence Saint-Victor) further solidifying his alliance with Ridge.

By late 2022, The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers reveals Justin found himself working for Forrester in their legal team, trying to prove his he had changed. Since then, he’s remained largely unseen until a recent encounter with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) at a concert at Il Giardino , where he witnessed the shocking collapse of singer Tom Starr.
