‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Garcelle Beauvais has criticised Erika Jayne, despite the latter being cleared from a lawsuit that was directed against her ex Tom Girardi.

Initial reports had questioned whether Erica had known or been involved in embezzling funds with Tom, especially since the latter had been diagnosed with dementia which put all the heat on Erika.
And even though she has been declared not guilty with regards to the lawsuit, the very fact of the matter is that Garcelle believes Erika should be doing more to help the victims anyway.
In an interview on ‘The Real,’ Garcelle said: “There’s so much more that she could do, even if she’s not guilty of knowing everything that Tom was doing.”
One of the ways that Garcelle believes this could be done is to hand over any material possessions that Erika has. However, things are not going to be very simple in that regard for the following reasons.
First of all, there is no denying the fact that Erika had to spend a lot of money by way of legal fees in order to fight the initial case. Secondly, if she has been declared innocent, then there is no obligation on her to do anything else.
But for Garcelle, she felt that it was morally right to do something. She added: “This is a way of saying, I have compassion for you and therefore take the jewelry, take the earrings, take the necklace.
“I would give up the diamonds quickly. I believe she’s giving them to a third party until it’s decided if she does have to give them back.”
Nevertheless, it could equally be argued that Erika’s material possessions were paid through the funds that were embezzled by Tom.
But the reality is that there is no way of proving such a thing, unless either Tom or Erika come out with statements to the contrary.
And that is something that is not going to be happening anytime soon, as Erika will want to avoid escalating this scandal any further. So what should Erika do?
