Former ‘Real Housewives of Orange County‘ star Vicki Gunvalson has confirmed that she has a new man in her life.

This news comes on the back end of her split from her ex-fiancé Steve Lodge. The break up was a shock to say the least, given that they had been engaged since 2019. Not only that, but Steve had managed to move on so quickly with none other than Janis Carlson.
But now it seems that she can finally have some happiness of her own. During an interview with People magazine, she said: “Life is good. My kids are happy and healthy.
“I have a new grandchild on the way, a loving family, a wonderful circle of friends around me, my business continues to be successful, and I’m even dating someone new.”
Vicki did not go as far as saying who that new man was which is entirely understandable. Outside of Steve, she has had other relationships that have broken down when things seemed promising.
She had previously been married to Michael J. Wolfsmith, as well as Donn Gunvalson. Naturally, she will want to take her time and not add any unnecessary pressure on herself by setting any expectations on the relationship.
She added: “We’ve been spending a lot of time together. And best of all, he wants nothing to do with the spotlight — he’s very private. We’re enjoying getting to know one another.”
But it is not just a new man that she is after. Vicki also stressed that she wants to be there for her grandchildren, which is why she is considering selling her Orange County house in order to have a bigger say in their lives.
After all, she does have three grandkids which is enough to keep her occupied. Her following comments confirmed as much: “I want to be near my daughter Briana and the grandkids eventually.
“They’re in Chicago now, and I want to be with family. I don’t want to be alone.” It is great to see Vicki in a much better place, and hopefully for her going forward, things continue to stay that way. Time will tell.
