Hello and welcome to WWE Raw Live Results!
Tonight should be an interesting one after the events at MSG on Saturday and with Alpha Academy defending their tag titles against RK-Bro and Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens.
We’ll be back for the 8 p.m. EST showtime to kick WWE Raw Live Results into gear.
Segment 1
Alpha Academy, RK-Bro, and Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens exchanged promo insults and promises to lead into their match after the break.
Segment 2
Raw Tag Team Championship – Alpha Academy (Chad Gable, Otis) (c) vs. RK-Bro (Randy Orton, Riddle) vs. Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens
Unique rules are in this one as one member of each team is allowed in the ring and they can only tag their partners.
It was fast and smooth before Rollins took out Riddle and Gable on the floor with a dive, and Owens followed that with a senton on Gable in the ring for a near pinfall as we headed to commercial.
Segment 3
Orton finally tagged in and hit Gable and Rollins with powerslams, then a double draping DDT before suplexing everyone on the announce table, with some help from Riddle on Otis, as we headed to commercial.
Segment 4
Rollins and Owens attempted to superplex Gable, so Otis powerbombed them all. As we headed to commercial yet again, a brawl broke out since there it’s no DQ.
Segment 5
Owens and Rollins took out Gable with a stunner and Stomp, but Riddle slipped in to steal the pin while Orton kept Owens from breaking it up. Awesome match, but Owens and Rollins should’ve won.
Segment 6
24/7 Championship – Dana Brooke (c) w/Reggie vs. Tamina w/Akira Tozawa
This was a quick match Tamina dominated and nearly had it won with a Boston Crab, but Dana powerwed out of it and rolled Tamina up for the win.
Segment 7
The Miz and Logan Paul welcomed back Jerry Lawler, and then the Miz trashed his hometown by saying it’s not a WrestleMania type of town. This made zero sense, and came across as the WWE had to remind us Miz is a heel despite being cheered.
We already knew that, but it was expected. Why use logic?
Segment 8
The Dirty Dawgs (Dolph Ziggler, Robert Roode) vs. Tommaso Ciampa and Bron Breakker
This started off pretty solid as they felt each other out. After Ciampa took a spinebuster, Bron pulled him to the floor to save him as we headed to commercial.
Segment 9
Bron dominated when we came back and he hit a press powerslam on Ziggler for the win.
Segment 10
Omos vs. Apollo Crews w/ Commander Azeez
In the squash of the night, Omos easily dispatched with Crews, then stared down Commander Azeez before laughing at him before he left the ring.
Segment 11
Edge came out to blue light similar to the Undertaker’s and gave a short speech about how he did Styles a favor because he wants the best from him, and then he said Style helped him as he’s no on a mountain on omnipotence and it’s phenomenal.
It’s basically a rewritten version of Randy Orton‘s Legend Killer speech he gave to Edge.
Segment 12
Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley vs. Carmella and Queen Zelina
This started off fast with Liv and Ripley taking control, but Zelina hit a DDT on Ripley and Carmella followed it with a kick on the floor as we headed to commercail.
Segment 13
This was a decent match that ended strangely as Carmella abandoned Zelina to flirt with Corey Graves. Ripley hit a Riptide on Zelina for the win and Ripley and Morgan have been added to the title match at WrestleMania in a triple threat.
Segment 14
Finn Balor vs. Austin Theory
This started fast with both getting short runs early on, and Balor sent us to commercial after hitting a slingblade on the floor.
Segment 15
This was a good match, but Priest appeared and chokeslammed Balor off the top rope when he was going for the Coup de Grace for a DQ. Austin then hit his finisher for a selfie.
Segment 16
Kevin Owens officially challenged “Stone Cold” Steve Austin to appear on the KO Show at WrestleMania as his epiphany. It’s been all over social media for the last couple of weeks but it should be a fun segment.
Now to wait as they tease whether Austin will agree or not for the next few weeks.
This wasn’t a bad show, but it wasn’t good either as it felt flat after the opening match and never regained any energy as it became more like a house show than not. What did you think of it?
Let us know in the comments below and thank you for joining WWE Raw Live Results. We had a blast hanging out and we can’t wait for next time.
See you all then!
