Meghan King has opened up on how it has been difficult to manage her son, Hart’s cerebral palsy.
RHOC: Meghan King Outlines Her Struggles In Coping With Her Son Hart’s Cerebral Palsy
The former star of the “Real Housewives of Orange County” has spoken about her difficulties extensively in the past. But recently, things have not been made any easier.
Not only has she had to provide care, her personal life has complicated things. Her separation from her ex-husbands Jim Edmonds and Cuffe Owens have left her in a situation where she has had to do the majority of the upbringing.
And given that she is a single mother, it is understandable that she would feel overwhelmed on some occasions. In a post to her fans on Instagram, Meghan shared a picture of herself with her son from the car.
By the look of the expression on her face, it is clear that she is exhausted. The post was captioned by the following comments: “I seldom share with you the challenges Hart faces.
“But the reality is that Hart’s brain injury affects all of our lives daily.” And these struggles have started to impact Meghan a lot.
She admitted that her son has had issues in school, which has resulted in him being sent home. Therefore, as a working mother, she has had to balance those challenges.
Although Meghan is trying to do her best, there is no denying the fact that she has been left frustrated. She added: “It leaves me feeling frustrated and helpless for both of us. Is his environment too inconsistent?
“Is he not getting enough attention? How do I balance his needs with the other needs in the household? Is there such a thing as balance? Is there a solution?”
The only thing that Meghan can do is continue to try her best. And hopefully with time, she will be in a position where she can overcome those hurdles for the betterment of everyone. Hopefully, that is sooner rather than later.
After all, the last thing that Meghan wants to do is let things can on top of her. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.
