Joe Gacy made a few mistakes in recent weeks. The first was getting mixed up with Rick Steiner, in an attempt to get a shot at Bron Breakker. Stealing the Hall of Fame ring of Steiner was the second mistake. Trying to put Breakker on the injured list was the third. It all comes to an end here tonight at Spring Breakin’, as Gacy gets his shot to become NXT Champion – but has to face a fired up and emotional Bron Breakker. If Breakker can channel his emotions tonight, someone might have to scrape what’s left of Gacy off the canvas tonight.

Bron Breakker Lets Him Temper Fuel Him

Breakker was wearing one of his fathers old singlets, one worn back on Monday Night RAW in 1993. As soon as the bell rang, Breakker would show his anger – driving both men to the outside. Back into the ring, Gacy would slither free after a takedown, and would slip out and into the ring to apply a neck lock on Breakker.

Breakker broke free, before sending Gacy to the floor. He’d try to kick the face of Gacy, but was instead caught with a punch to the stomach. Gacy sent Breakker up the ramp, and when met with an Irish Whip towards the ring, he’d spin right into a big lariat.

Back in the ring, Gacy applied body scissors – and a chinlock. Breakker would try to fight free, but Gacy would be able to keep Breakker down. Gacy would show some deranged nature as he hung upside down in the corner before moving into a uranage.

Masked Men Emerge Following The Match

Breakker was once again stretched in the middle of the ring, as a follower of Gacy loomed in the crowd. Gacy was run down with a rushing lariat, before coming back with a boot to the face – sending Breakker to the floor. A suicide dive was blocked, before Breakker hit a diving bulldog for a near fall.

Frankensteiner and a sloppy Belly to Belly Suplex would get a near fall, before Gacy came back with an Alabama Slam and a sitout powerbomb . The lariat from Gacy was dodged, and Breakker hit a spear to remain NXT Champion.

After the match, two masked men hit the apron – but the show went off the air – leaving us with more questions than answers. Who are these masked men? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.

A wrestling fan practically since birth, who has been hooked since he got his first toy wrestling ring for Christmas as a child. Since getting access to the internet, he's watched more wrestling than he could ever remember from all around the world. It's hard to keep track of what happens in the wild world of professional wrestling, but he always tries to stay up to date. Note: No relation to Tully Blanchard of Four Horsemen fame (probably).
