The duo first met on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Season 2 and got engaged. They went on to feature 90 Day Fiancé Season 8, where they tied the knot in June 2020. Their issues began when Hazel, who is bisexual wanted to bring another woman into their relationship to form a “throuple.” In 2021, they announced their breakup, and Tarik shared that Hazel hd moved out and was no longer with him in Virginia.

Hazel responded by changing her Instagram bio to read: “A real man wouldn’t abuse his women mentally and emotionally” and Tarik quickly shut down the abuse rumors by posting a screenshot, “Not true, and you know it. I still will not bash you or air out your personal life.” Although December was a bumpy month for the duo, they were working on reconciliation by New Year’s Eve.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Are Tarik and Hazel Still Together?
During the May 2 episode of 90 Day Diaries, Hazel and Tarik updated their fans, letting them know that they are still together. Tarik comes home to Hazel cooking dinner and tells the cameras, “Earlier this year, we were on the search for a girlfriend for us.” Hazel adds, “But, that’s not the priority for now. We’re dealing about [the] custody of my son.” Hazel had to leave her son, Harrey, behind with her family before moving to America to be with Tarik. She tells the cameras, “When I cook Filipino food, I feel like I’m at home. But what is missing is my son. I really miss my son.”
Tarik adds that the process would be lengthy. Hazel is worried that her son’s dad will attempt to fight for his custody. However, a friend if Tarik tells him that, “Based on the little bit I’ve read about Filipino law, you, as the mother, have full custody by law, by birth because you’re not married to him.” Hazel says that, “I’m happy because I know this is the first step, that I cant get my son here.” Although they didn’t discuss the state of their marriage, bringing Hazel’s son to be with them in America is a big step for the duo.
