‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to get rolling into some copy and paste storylines with some spoilery goodies.
Some things never change in Genoa City, and this episode looks like it’s going to have plenty of copy and paste from the last few weeks to months across the board.
With any luck, there’ll be some twists to make them interesting.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, May 26: Victor’s all threats
Once again, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will once again go after Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) following her altercation with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
It doesn’t matter that Nikki pushed Diane into slapping her as Victor’s testosterone will be flowing after he once more told Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) to leave Genoa City or else.
He’ll order Diane to stay away from his family and leave the city with a probably or else attached.
Diane will listen as well as Ashland did, and this could end up pushing her and Ashland together to target the Newmans.
We don’t see that happening as it looks like she and Ashland are being mostly legit with their desires, but Victor’s good at pushing people to that limit.
We doubt Victor will see that possibility. After all, he needed someone to point out a child is Ashland’s weakness.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, May 26: Chance has doubts
We continue out Groundhog Day type of trip with Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) as he’s going to struggle with Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) growing bond.
At this point, CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers have accepted that Chance is one of the most unbalanced characters on the show and he’s going to continue seeing problems that aren’t there.
His fear of inadequacies will continue to eat away at him until something drastic happens, like he just gives up and walks away.
Sadly, we have a feeling this will be just like his insecurities with his son and Devon, but we’re hoping it’ll have a couple of twists to set it apart.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, May 26: Billy’s in trouble with Lilly again
At this point, it’s almost pointless to expect Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) not to get into trouble with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) once a week or two.
We expect this one to be about his podcast as well. Lily will be upset and disappointed that he didn’t feel he could tell her about his concerns and inner thoughts.
