Meghan Markle’s father Thomas Markle has reportedly left hospital following his stroke.
Thomas Markle Out Of Hospital-Will Meghan Visit Him?
Thomas, for his part, had been admitted for 5 days with serious concerns over whether or not he would ever be the same. This immediately led to calls for Meghan to reach out from none other than her half-sister Samantha Markle.
But now that he has been released, Thomas was simply just happy to make it out in one piece. In an interview with the Daily Mail, he said: “I feel hugely grateful and know how lucky I am to be alive.
“I want to thank everyone, especially the wonderful doctors and nurses who saved my life. They are angels.” Nevertheless, not everything was back to normal.
First of all, Thomas expanded on how he has difficulties with his speech, as he struggled to talk as he would normally do. Secondly, now that Thomas is out of hospital, what does it mean for Meghan going forward?
Reports indicated that she had reached out to Thomas behind the scenes, but outside of that, will this change her plans to appear at Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee.
After all, by attending the Jubilee, Meghan could face backlash for abandoning her father. This is particularly true since Thomas’ son, Thomas Markle Junior, has already come out passionately to state that he will be looking out for his father.
In some comments, Thomas Junior remarked: “I will be here for Dad and do whatever it takes to help him on his road to recovery. It’s been a terrible shock for everyone, but Dad is a strong man.”
The fans on social media had a lot to say. People condemned Meghan for failing to see her father, and they called her out for only seeking the limelight.
One person wrote: “D-grade won’t go to him. It would mean her leaving publicity & she loves publicity.Take one of those private jets, d-grade, but she’s too selfish. What a cruel woman.”
