Once Thais landed in the United States, her dislike for her fiancé’s brother became obvious. She constantly complained about one thing or the other that John did. And when the three of them decided to move in together, Thais’ dislike of her soon to be brother-in-law does not seem to have diminished.

In a bid to pacify her, Patrick assured Thais that John wouldn’t be staying for long. It is clear that the professional weightlifter does all he can to provide the best life for Thais which is one of the reasons why he got a new two-story home for them.
However, Thais seems to be ungrateful. In the June 5 episode of the show, Thais is seen criticizing the new house stating that it was “small” and “a mess.” And viewers can not take Thais’ attitude as several of them took to Reddit to show this.
One user said, “My God, watching her is almost unbearable and how she tries to manipulate Patrick with the whole John living with them thing ‘oh you don’t love me like wtf… Patrick is def one of the best dudes on the show, he is extremely respectful to her and she is so rude and UNGRATEFUL” While viewers loved the relationship between Thais and Patrick at the beginning, her actions lately are making some viewers rethink this, coupled with “the fact that she contributes nothing and demands a perfect, expensive mansion makes her a massive, international; loser,” one viewer said.
Some other fans of the show have appreciated Patrick’s willingness to stand up for his brother despite his fiancée’s squirming thereby showing that “there is clearly an attachment between the two brothers” as one Reddit user stated.
