It’s been a while since we last heard an update from Big E about his broken neck he suffered on March 11’s episode of WWE Smackdown, and he’s broke his silence once again.
Sort of.
On June 13, He shared in his Instagram stories a three second video of him throwing his neck brace in the trash can, and Ryan Satin shared it to twitter.
This is awesome news as it means he’s healing and at the point he no longer needs the neck brace. Any more than that is something we’ll have to wait on him to share.
We’re just glad he’s improving and feeling better. Big E’s been a beacon of positivity throughout his career, but especially after he suffered his broken neck.

He made a point of asking for people not to be harsh and blame Ridge Holland for his injury as accidents happen, and he’s been thankful to the fans and fellow wrestlers for the outpouring of support.
Life goes on
Big E may have been seriously injured, but he never let it stop him from enjoying life as he shared an update as he walked around his neighborhood.
He’s talked about how he’s grateful for everything and every one he has in his life, and on June 8 he went to a Tampa Bay Lightning Stanley Cup Playoffs game with Titus O‘Neil.

It’s always good for us to keep our spirits high after suffering an injury, and Big E has shown us how to do that after suffering what could be a career ending injury.
There’s always room for hope that he can return to the sport he loves and compete, but even if that’s not in the cards he could take on another role as a trainer, producer, or manager.
But more than that, he has his overall health. It’s something we hear others talk about all the time but he’s living it and has talked about being grateful for that.
In the end, it’s about what makes him happy and content, and we’re sure he’ll find something in the pro wrestling business he enjoys if he can’t wrestle anymore.
And if he can. We’re curious what changes he’ll make to his routine. There will undoubtedly be moves he won’t take anymore except from certain people.
Whatever the future holds for him, we’re glad he’s getting healthy and we with him all the best.
