Jungle Boy almost had his career cut short by Christian Cage – who beat him down with a steel chair following the loss of the AEW World Tag Team Championships. Since then, Christian Cage has drug his name through the mud – and even brought up his dead father, Luke Perry. Last week, Jungle Boy would return – and Luchasaurus would choose the side of his partner. Tonight, we hear what’s on his mind.
Jungle Boy Is Taking No Prisoners
Tony Schiavone would be in the ring to kick things off. Jungle Boy started off hot, calling Christian Cage the biggest pussy he’s ever met. He has watched Christian come out for weeks and trash his family. Jungle Boy has made him more relevant than ever before – and Christian would run to the hills the moment he had to face Jungle Boy.
Christian claimed that Jungle Boy started this when he sent him out a Battle Royale. Maybe Christian was so upset that he lost that night – cuz he was strapped for cash after his wife divorced his bitch ass. Explaining Luchasaurus teaming up with Christian, he was protecting him – because Jungle Boy was making sure no one got their hands on him before him.
Three years ago, he would help to dig his fathers grave with his own two hands – but Christian Cage would interrupt this story. He’d say that Jungle Boy doesn’t know what is coming, as he intends to put him in a hole next to his father. Christian knows all his secrets, and will prey on his weakness.
Josh Woods & Tony Nese Set Their Sights On AEW World Tag Team Championships
Mark Sterling has been trying to remove Swerve Strickland from the AEW roster with a ‘People Against Swerve Strickland’ petition. That failed, so tonight he takes things into the place he knows best – the ring. However, no way is he taking on Swerve alone, and instead tonight has a handicap match with Tony Nese on his side tonight, with Keith Lee banned from ringside.
Swerve would kick things off with Nese, and would catch a kick into a backbreaker before a big lariat. Nese would take it to the floor, and nailed the big neckbreaker. Back in the ring, a fast back elbow would land, before Sterling tagged in to hit some stomps. Nese would quickly get tagged back in before Swerve had a chance to attack again – and would hit a lariat.
Swerve would kick Nese into a blind tag, before punching Nese in the jaw. Nese was taken out, before Swerve caught Sterling in the ring. House Call kick would land, and this one was over just like that. No Keith Lee needed for this fight. Backstage however, Lee was dropped – with Josh Woods being the one who beat him down. The former ROH Pure Rules Champion is a technical beast in the ring, and could be looking for gold alongside Tony Nese.
