Prince Charles had reportedly told the late Princess Diana that he did not love her on the night before their wedding day.

That is according to astrologer Penny Thornton. It is no secret that Charles had ultimately compromised his marriage with claims of an affair with Duchess Camilla that resulted in him divorcing Diana in 1996.
And all of this left Diana shaken. In her comments, Penny said: “One of the most shocking things that Diana told me was that the night before the wedding, Charles told her that he didn’t love her.
“I think Charles didn’t want to go into the wedding on a false premise. He wanted to square it with her, and it was devastating for Diana.” If these comments are taken to be true, then it is very significant for the following reasons.
First of all, there is the question mark over why did Charles decide to go ahead with the wedding? After all, if he was not fully committed, then he could have saved everyone from the heartbreak that followed.
Not only that, but Charles ended up having two children with Diana. Secondly, there is always the question of why did Charles have doubts? Was it because he was in love with Camilla at the time, or was it something else entirely?
Regardless of what the case may have been, the fans on social media had a lot to say. A significant proportion of people blasted Charles and Camilla over their behaviour that had ultimately played out in an affair.
One person wrote: “That is unforgivable and he is just disgusting. Charles thinks he is all that, but he is not handsome and Diana deserved better.
“He just wanted a virgin to bring him two sons. The wife he has now, TORTURED DIANA. She deserves CHARLES.”
