The newly married couple made things official when they walked down the aisle this month. But with that they had to navigate some big hurdles.
Teresa’s brother Joe Gorga and his wife Melissa Gorga refused to attend the wedding despite having been invited to do so.
Not only that, but Luis had to shut down rumours that they had billed the Gorgas for expenses that were incurred on their behalf even if they did not attend.
But rather than dwell on any of the negatives, it seems the pair are wasting no time in enjoying the next stage of their life. Reports indicate that they were pictured at Newark airport as they made their way to catch a flight to Athens, Greece.
This is a significant place for the pair, as it just so happened to be where the proposal took place. That is why they could not be any happier.
A source confirmed the following: “It’s a very special place for them, and they’re looking forward to celebrating their love for one another after the big bash.”
Once the honeymoon is over, then we will know what the couple are made of. They will have several obstacles, such as how will they interact with the Gorgas knowing what has happened.
In addition, once the honeymoon period is over, the pair will be in a better position to judge if they are compatible with each other. But in the meantime, the fans on social media wished the pair nothing but the best.
They chose to focus on the things that they could control and ignore any background noise that could spoil their relationship going forward.
