‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers are set for hump day as things are going to ramp up on the show and we have some fun spoilery goodies to prove it.
Things rarely settle down for long on the show, and this episode won’t be any exception as celebratory events are going to turn into harsh affairs and we’ve got our popcorn ready to go.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday, August 17: For the good of Trina
Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) was all set to come clean with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and tell her he was on her side since the beginning, but it looks like he’s going to have a change of heart.
It won’t be malicious or mean intended on his part, but from his love for her. He’s going to see her and Rory Cabrera (Michael Kruse) building a relationship and he won’t want to complicate things for her.
He’ll be the bad guy so she won’t be torn between him and Rory, and he’ll let her think he came to the realization recently. Maybe even the morning he testified.
It’ll hurt Trina since we think she’s looking for something more, like her faith in his wasn’t misplaced, but he’ll think she’ll be better off like this and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) may even respect him for it.
Spencer will view it as the first step in him redeeming himself.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday, August 17: Sonny’s disappointed
Now that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) heard from Brick (Stephen A. Smith) about Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), things are going to get very interesting.
Brick turned up something that proves Dex isn’t who he says he is, and Sonny’s going to let him know he’s not happy about Dex lying to him.
Of course, there’s every chance this is just Sonny giving him a final test since outing Dex would be way too early for the typical pacing of the show.
Sonny will want to see if Dex will blink or blanch when faced with a threat to his life Sonny will represent, and if he does he’s out.
Either way, ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers thinks it shows how cold hearted Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) can be by hiring someone to play off Sonny’s affection for Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) as well as willing to sacrifice him if Sonny finds him out.
This will be a pretty cool turning point to see if Dex will stick around, and we’re looking forward to seeing how it’ll play out in the long term.
