‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to keep things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
We’re going to have a character building episode with some handy dandy copy and paste scenes with a twist or two to keep them interesting. Let’s get to the fun, shall we?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, September 6: Victor only sees a deception
Our biggest repeat storyline is just a few months old as Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be sure Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) has something devious planned and will call his son on it.
It’ll start an interesting back and forth where Victor fails to realize why he’s always the target and why Adam inherited his morals, er, didn’t. Yeah, we meant he didn’t inherit them.
It’ll be an interesting show to Victor when Adam tells him Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) hired him at Jabot to be vice president, and he got the job based on his merits.
Victor will mock him about Jack having a weakness for rogue family members like Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and it won’t be long until Adam burns that bridge and wants to come back to him.
This is where CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers think Victor will begin his new plot to go after Jack to make him see Adam doesn’t below with him.
Such things like free will or finding their own path is against Victor’s wishes and he won’t allow it, but Jack will stay true and give Adam every chance to prove himself.
We miss the old Newman-Abbott family wars and this could be the kickoff of another one.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, September 6: Lily has concerns
It was bound to happen at some point. Writers love to use insecurity to break up relationships we like, and it looks like they’re going to set things in motion for that to happen between Billy and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
Lily’s going to question whether Billy’s relationship with Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) was professional or more.
She won’t come out and say it, leaving it to Billy and that could be a bad sign. Lily may want to see how vehemently he defends himself, and knowing Billy, he’ll probably laugh it off.
The probably won’t go over too well either, but it’s not a surprise after Billy told her Chelsea kissed him. It’s got to have Lily’ s imagination working overtime.
