Meghan Markle has been bashed following her speech at the ‘One Young World Summit’
Fans BLAST Meghan ‘MEAGAIN’ MARKLE With Amber Heard Comparison After She Referenced Herself 54 Times In One Young World Speech-‘Fake Humanitarian, Fake Feminist, Toxic Divisive Woman’
This backlash was in reference to the claim that the speech was heavily focused on herself. According to reports, the Duchess of Sussex referenced herself a staggering 54 times.
And given that the speech should have focused on the charity itself, there was criticism that Meghan was exploiting this for clout. After all, Prince Harry did not say any words which meant the spotlight was firmly placed on Meghan.
During the speech, she recalled how she was shocked that she had managed to make it so far in life. So much so that she stated she was just a ‘girl from Suits,’ who had now managed to play a part in the ‘One Young World Summit’ and all that has emerged from it.
And yet, not everyone was happy. A woman by the name of Janet had this to say: “She’s a fake humanitarian and a fake feminist. ‘She’s a social climber…
“She thought she could be a celebrity in the Royal Family and she’s the most toxic, divisive woman I’ve ever heard of in my life.”

Much in the same way, the criticism from royal experts was the same. Meghan once again touched up on the topic of ambition, which became controversial since she admitted in her Spotify podcast that this was only viewed negatively when she began dating Harry.
Not only that, but her comments about ‘seizing the moment’ came across as self-centred. Royal expert Ingrid Seward did not hold back. She stated: “[It] was just “me, me, me.”
The fans on social media were extremely hostile towards Meghan. And in the process of doing so, a certain subset of fans compared her to Amber Heard.
One person wrote: “In 2018 it was Amber Heard, in 2022, it is Meghan Markle. I would well stand clear of whatever those women advocate. Role models to avoid.”
