It looks like Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) is going to have nothing but bad luck in his attempt to diagnose what Marlena Evans (Diedre Hall), Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow), and Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) have.

He’ll inform the guys that they’ve been infected with the same deadly toxin Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) had.
What’s going to make it worse is the antidote comes from an orchid that’s extinct. We doubt any of them will take it well and Rex will do what he can to fabricate one.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers expect them to think of Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Warton) and begin searching for him, but will they be in time?
‘Days of Our Lives’ SpoilersWednesday, October 5: Kristen wants a favor
Since we’re on the topic of the sick ladies, Marlena’s going to have a visit from Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk).
It’s not a surprise that Kristen will want a favor from Marlena, and that’s to talk to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) about allowing her to see Rachel.
We doubt Marlena will offer much sympathy, and Kristen will respond with some monologuing as she’ll gloat over Marlena’s failing health and ultimate death.
We think this is when Kristen will realize she can use the remaining orchid as a bargaining chip to get her way. Kristen never fails to find a loophole somewhere.
‘Days of Our Lives’ SpoilersWednesday, October 5: A tearful farewell
This is going to be the most powerful scene of the day as it’ll bring plenty of feels when Jack Deveraux (Mathew Ashford) and Jennifer Horton (Cady McClain) say their goodbyes.
She’ll be leaving with Mike Horton (Roark Critchlow), and possibly Nancy Wesley (Patrika Darbo), as they head back to New York to begin her rehab.
We know their goodbye won’t last for long, but it’s going to feel like it by the time it’s over. But it’s good Jennifer will get the help she needs and their relationship will be stronger for it.
Will Kristen let Marlena and the others die to get her way, or will she offer the cure as a way of showing she’s changed?
