The Princess of Wales has three children with her husband, Prince William: Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. Being a mother, while balancing royal duties, is not an easy task.
This was most recently seen during Louis’ unruly behaviour at Wimbledon 2022. During the course of that process, Kate was praised for managing her child, while keeping her composure in front of the television cameras.
And by the looks of it, patience plays a key part in all of this, with a zero tolerance towards shouting. A source confirmed the following: “Shouting is absolutely ‘off limits’ for the children and any hint of shouting at each other is dealt with by removal.”
This approach clearly has benefits in light of the pressures that the children have to go through. After all, they are being thrust into the public eye from a very young age. Therefore, the last thing that they need is further tension going on at home.
This may explain why the children have adapted to royal life so quickly, as demonstrated by Prince George. He has already become a part of royal duties, accompanying his parents on major occasions such as the Euro 2020 final.
In addition, he was on hand with his sister Princess Charlotte for Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral. Nevertheless, there are always cases where children do step out of line.
This is a part and parcel of growing up, something which parents have become fully accustomed to. So in the eventuality that a child breaks the rules, it is dealt with very swiftly.
It is claimed that William or Kate would remove the child that has screamed in order to have a conversation on the sofa to get to the bottom of things.
