Kate Middleton showed that she has what it takes to be a Queen in her own right after standing her ground in the face of hostility during her trip to Northern Ireland.
Kate Middleton Showed She Had Queen Material As She Stood Her Ground In The Face Of A Heckler
That is according to body language expert Judi James. The Princess of Wales was at Carrickfergus Castle on Thursday, 6th October 2022.
That is where she was having a meet and greet with the people, as she shook hands with various royal fans. In and amongst this, however, she came across one woman who was not best pleased to see her.
In the video here, we can see that there is a woman wearing a green coat while she is filming Kate. As Middleton proceeds to shake her hand, the woman can be heard saying the following comments: “Nice to meet you, but it would be better if it was when you were in your own country.
“Ireland belongs to the Irish.” That could have easily been enough to fluster anyone, especially since it was in the early reign of Kate being the Princess of Wales.
Instead, Kate smiled and simply carried on with her duties without a care in the world. With that being said, Kate has all the tools needed to be a successful leader of the firm.
In her comments, Judi said: “The response of smiling but moving on quickly would be understandable and a typical royal move but standing your ground to show you’re not intimidated does look rather brave.”
This could have easily escalated into something much worse had Kate reacted. However, she has shown once again why she has been praised for the manner that she has slotted into royal life.
And ultimately her response left the heckler rather embarrassed and isolated. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
