According to a royal specialist, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have relinquished their regal status to chase fame in Hollywood, and when they are done criticizing the monarchy, they will not have much to do.
Harry And Meghan Backed To Fail After Chasing Hollywood-‘That’s A Career That Can’t Last Forever,’ Says Kel Richards
Sky News presenter Kel Richards harshly criticised the Duke and Duchess of Sussex for maintaining their accusations against the Royal Family through their different projects, including Meghan’s Spotify podcast, the couple’s Netflix show, and Harry’s upcoming book, Spare.
Richards maintains that Harry and Meghan will not experience a gratifying existence since they are too obsessed with themselves and how they felt treated unfairly by the Royal family and British press. In her comments, she said: “They have given up royalty for celebrity.
“And celebrity is a notoriously fickle thing. Most celebrities have something they can do to earn their place in the celebrity circuit. They can sing or they can act.”
With that being said, the couple will have to ensure that they rebrand themselves moving forward. And yet, outside of Meghan making a return to the acting industry, it is very difficult to see how the pair can move themselves away from being tied to the Royal Family.
After all, they continue to use their name despite making it clear that they were unhappy in the firm. Katie’s following comments confirmed as much: “Harry and Meghan only have one profession—attacking the royal family.
“But that’s a career that can’t last forever.” The response on social media was much the same. A certain subset of people made it clear that Meghan was continuing to ride off the coattails of Harry for clout.
One person wrote: “At what point does everyone realise this is ALL ABOUT MONEY AND FAME? She’s a OUT OF CONTROL DRAMA QUEEN and HARRY is powerless to stop her.”
So is there a way forward for the Sussexes without the royals? So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
