Prince Harry’s memoir Spare has been creating a lot of buzz due to some of the captivating information it reveals, but some hosts of an Australian morning show felt that one particular extract crossed the line as she gagged on air.

The Today show decided to read a passage from the book, where Harry details his reunion with Meghan Markle in a London hotel room in 2016.
After Harry and Meghan had been away from each other for several weeks, he wrote that when they were finally alone, they did not hesitate to make the most of it.
Lara Vella, a presenter, then proceeded to read out the following excerpt: “I knocked and suspended breathing while I waited. The door flew open. That smile. Her hair was partly covering her eyes, her arms were reaching for me.
“She pulled me inside and thanked her friend in one fluid motion, then slammed the door quickly before anyone saw. I want to say we hung a “do not disturb” sign on the door, but I don’t think there was enough time.”
Harry’s book contains a plethora of revelations, including intimate information regarding his sex life. He remembered the time he first had sex in a meadow with a mature lady and also recalled how he got frostbite on his manhood in the midst of his expedition to the Antarctic prior to the 2011 nuptials of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
He also opened up about his history of taking illicit drugs, for instance his admission of having used cocaine when he was younger, and his cannabis intake after he shifted to California two years ago.
With that being said, the show’s other host Alex Cullen could not contain herself: “Is this a Mills & Boon novel? Is this R-rated? Woah.”
While co-presenter Brook Boney stated: In the audiobook he reads that… so imagine him saying that in his voice in your ear,” as she gagged.
