Ed Brown, who has Klippel-Feil Syndrome, shared his weight loss journey with his fans.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Ed Brown Shares His Weight Loss Journey-‘Rigorous Boxing Lessons, Weight Training’
Ed began to focus on his fitness while looking for a new partner ahead of his appearance on ’90 Day: The Single Life.’ He was 40 pounds overweight. Following his divorce from his ex-wife, Ed lost about 35 pounds.
And the pounds continued to shed after Rose left him, as Ed lost another 21 pounds. Thereafter, his breakup with Liz followed, as Big Ed admitted to having dropped 25 pounds.
Naturally, he recognised that having a strict regime was the key to ensuring that his weight could be maintained. This was achieved through a variety of things including boxing.
That is when Big Ed decided to team up with a professional MMA boxer in order to get himself in shape. In the video here, we can see Ed throwing some punches on the pads in the gym, as the sweat drips off.
When addressing his boxing regime, Ed said: “He puts me through these hour-and-a-half rigorous boxing lessons as well as weight training.” But that was only half of the job done. He made a complete transformation when it came to his food.
The periods of boxing, and hiking were followed up by the prohibition of some major food such as bread, sugar and candy. The results were instantaneous as not only was Ed managing to drop off the pounds, but he was maintaining his physique.
In some comments at the time, he remarked: “[I was] gallons of water.” Despite his transformation, the fans on social media felt Ed needed to work more on himself in order to hold down a relationship.
And in the process of doing so, the comments were very brutal indeed. One person wrote: “It’s his attitude that makes him ugly.” So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
