‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers here and we’re all set to close out another week in style with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
Chaos is on the horizon, and with any luck so is the Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) storyline as a huge conflict with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) appears to be on the horizon.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Friday, April 7: Gladys goes to a new low
Good thing people going to extremes to protect their secrets are a normal occurrence in Port Charles, though since it happens so often we’re surprised anyone gets away with it.
But it looks like that’s what Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) will do after Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) asks her what happened to her bracelet.
Of course, Gladys will feign ignorance, and they’ll start looking around for it in time for Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) to find it and pull it out of his tux pocket.
It’ll shatter the trust Sasha has built in him and hinder their blooming relationship, and it’ll be interesting to see if Cody will get out of the Nurse’s Ball without being arrested for theft.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Friday, April 7: Esme’s standoffish
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) has been trying her hardest to make Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) comfortable and trust her, but there’s going to be a couple of snags.
Well, one for sure called Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) as he and Victor will have Esme on edge. So much so that she won’t let Laura touch her baby.
This will give Laura reason to wonder what’s going on, and it could be something unexpected.
Thanks to Spencer’s constant sneering and comments, Esme may be wary about letting anyone see her baby in the event they try to take it away.
While Laura’s tried, she has a lot to overcome, and having an ulterior motive of getting Esme to trust her to find out the truth won’t help with that.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Friday, April 7: Get the party started
From the preview, it looks like Sonny’s going to learn about the safe house being breached and he’ll head there to try to help.
Victor will be expecting him or someone else like Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) to arrive, so he’ll have his people ready a surprise for them.
If Sonny walks into this, it’s going to send their cold war into super hot, not that Sonny won’t be expecting this.
