‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers tell us that Nina Reeves has been going through a lot emotionally for months, since she found out that she was Willow Tait’s biological mother. Fans will recall that Carly Spencer came clean in order to save Willow’s life.
Now, Nina is feeling a new wave of emotions as she is unable to forgive herself for everything she has said to Willow, and now, she is supposed to say goodbye to her as she struggles with health issues.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Willow Tait and Nina Reeves Despised Each Other
Willow got a job as Charlotte Cassadine’s teacher when she first got to Port Charles. It when there that she and Nina first crossed paths. Then, Nina was still married Valentin Cassadine, acting as Charlotte’s step mother – a role she performed with all her heart.
She was unable to have a great relationship with her biological child and Willow prayed on that. Nina and Willow hated one another. Willow never saw Nina as a n adequate mother and Nina though Willow was not good for her step-daughter, Charlotte.
Now, Willow does not want Nina around her own kids, and Nina sees Willow as a wonderful mom now that she knows that she is her biological child.
Fans will recall that Nina begged a judge to grant her rights to visit her grandchild, even when his parents did not want that. This was very bad for her, coming after she kept Sonny Corinthos at bay in Nixon Falls, letting his family mourn his alleged death. Willow is yet to forgive her for that.

Now, the women are aware of their biological relationship, but none of them feel like it. Nina’s heart draws to her daughter, but the connection just is not there. The atmosphere seems really awkward for Willow.
She is not interested in forming a relationship with Nina. Now that Willow’s heart is not getting better. People are worried about Willow’s health and are hoping she doesn’t die before her bone marrow transplant.
Willow is trying to come to terms with the end of her life. Nina is struggling with the fact that she may be burying her daughter.
