WWE Smackdown Results returned as Woods interrupted Imperium with his celebratory horn blowing and GUNTHER told him if he wants his attention to approach him in a respectful manner.
But Woods is a goof and he doesn’t like goofs, and demanded a match.
Woods happily accepted so he can win the Intercontinental Championship to take it wherever he’s drafted.
Elsewhere, Sami talked about how he felt bad about Owens getting hurt last week and told Riddle to be careful, and Owens got fired up and told him to go out there and get his revenge.
Riddle said they both have good points, and if there’s one thing he learned while he was away is he can only control what’s on his side of the street and he’s ready.
Damian Priest w/The Judgement Day (Dominik Mysterio, Rhea Ripley) vs. Santos Escobar w/LWO (Cruz Del Toro, Joaquin Wilde and Zelina Vega)
Vega lured Ripley out of the ring, and the LWO attacked Priest and Dom from behind and retreated to the floor before the match started.
We returned from the commercial break with the match underway, and after Escobar used his speed to send Priest to the floor, Priest caught him with a right to turn the tide.
Escobar stayed alive and caught Priest with a dropkick for a near pinfall, then hit a pair of running knees.

Priest powered out of the corner and sent Escobar to the floor with a superkick, then followed him out to hit a running ax handle off the ring steps.
Escobar fifed off a series of shots and kicks in response to Priest, and followed them with a moonsault for another near pinfall.
Ripley distracted the ref and Dom distracted Escobar, and the LWO went after them. Priest took out the LWO but it gave Escobar a chance to rally, but Ripley held onto his foot, so Vega hurricanranad her into the barricade.
The help was too late as Priest hit a South From Heaven for the win and then threw Escobar to the floor and cleared off the announce desk.
Rey Mysterio’s music played, and while Priest was distracted, Rey nailed him from the crown, then went into the ring and hammered away on Dom and set him up for a 619, but Priest pulled Dom out to save him.
New challengers in the air
After coming to the ring, Raquel thanked Liv for letting her use her as a weapon, and Liv said she can use her any time.
After Liv talked about how dreams can happen, the Karens came out and Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green wasted no time in demanding the fans to shut up and show them respect.
Deville pointed out how they didn’t beat the real tag team champions, and hinted that someone in upper management overlooked it and Green said it was Pearce.
Then they got to how they’ve been overlooked.
Liv told them they’ll be their next opponents, then she and Raquel went after them and chased them from the ring.
