‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to keep things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
This episode is going to be a fun character building one as we’ll get to see the start of an old relationship in difficult times, and some more Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) judgment of his children.
What’s old is new again, so let’s dig into some spoilers!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, April 20: Victor’s displeased
Nothing like treading month old ground when things slow down in Genoa City, with Victor being very displeased with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow)’s decision making ability.
At this point, we expect more of the same from Victor as he’ll lambast Nick for being a fool, run down Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) for everything she’s done and being a gold digger despite never asking for a dime, and he’ll close it off by criticizing Nick for not reading the dossier he had put together and continuing to think for himself.
Since it’s wash, rinse, and repeat season again, we hope things will be spiced up a little bit with Nick finally standing up to Victor and holding firm to the line.
Nick has plenty to work with if he wants to turn the tables on Victor as he can cite line and verse Victor’s numerous mistakes from his dozen or so weddings, continuing to manipulate his family and pushing them away, and so on.
We don’t think he’ll do it, at least not as hard as he should, but it’d be fun to see Victor put in his place.
They’ve been teasing his children rising up against him for years, and it’d be cool to finally see him overthrown.
Seeing him try to rebuild the bridges he destroyed with his family would be an awesome storyline, but that means Victor will have to fail and that’s not allowed.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, April 20: Comfort zone
Since Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei)’s return to Genoa City, “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers have been patiently waiting for him and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) to realize what they’re missing, and it looks like things are finally going to get moving between them.
Of course, it’s a tragic time as Daniel is trying to come to grips with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford)’s death, but Lily’s been there for him throughout it, and it makes sense that sparks will start flying when he needs a little more comforting.
It’ll be great to see them back together again, and the storyline should be fun to watch as Lily helps him overcome his pain and deal with the new world he’s in.
Will Nick finally have enough of Victor? Let us know in the comments below and check back with “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation.
