‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers here and we’re set for some fun moments coming our way in this episode as fallouts from the various storylines continue to happen.
At this point, it feels like a free for all between the storylines and we’re enjoying the increased pace instead of the usual plodding and meandering.
It adds an energy and urgency to the episodes that was lacking before. We’ve got the popcorn, so let’s dive into some spoilery goodies!
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday, May 10: Spencer’s focused
After facing and helping take down someone like Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), it’s easy to expect Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) to have an enlarged head.
For that reason, we’re glad he’s got Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) at his side. She’s a good grounding force that will help keep him from getting too full of himself, and he’ll need that help in the coming episodes.
Now that they’ve all survived, he’s going to refocus on his plan to become his brother’s sole guardian to protect him from Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).
Esme and the courts may not agree with him on that, and there’s going to be plenty of opportunities for him to step into Victor’s shoes when things don’t go his way.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday, May 10: Drew wants war
Whelp, things were going to escalate one way or another, so Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) storming in and punching Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) wasn’t unexpected.
It’s logical for everyone to think Ned turned Drew and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) in, and when the truth comes out there will be a lot of crow to go around and Ned will be expected to forgive everyone.
Honestly, he shouldn’t since he’s been proclaiming his innocence and pointing out it makes no sense for him to turn them in at this time.
He’ll have an even stronger case when Drew promises him a war after this, and not to mention being ostracized from his own family.
He’ll beg Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) to believe him, but we doubt she will. She’ll want to, and even if she says she does there will be a part of her that’ll keep looking at him sideways.
In the end, this storyline has the potential to rewrite so many battle lines and family treaties by the time it’s all over with, and it may be hard for anyone to come back to where they were before this.
Will Ned have anyone on his side through this? Let us know in the comments below and check beck with “General Hospital” Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation.
