Toxic relationships look to be the name of the game in this episode as there’s going to be a few confrontations as well as reveals coming.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Friday, September 15: Carly preens
It was bound to happen at some point, and with Ava Jerome (Maura West) about to go on the warpath she and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will cross each other’s paths.
While their interactions are always entertaining, this was looks like it’s going to be more so this time around as they’ll probably get into it a little.
Ava may even be intent on digging into what Carly’s doing so she can let Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) know, and that’ll trigger Carly into telling her that by helping Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) she’s helping her.
It’ll be an unfortunate fact Ava will have to live with while she hopes Carly gets hit by a bus.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Friday, September 15: Preparing for the big moment
Now that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) has agreed to go to New York with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), she’s going to update Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
It’s what friends do. Plus, she may have some butterflies to go with her excitement and she’ll want to share it with her bestie.
While Joss may have her own reservations, “General Hospital” Spoilers think she’ll be happy for Trina. But she’ll also want to make sure her friend is ready and Trina will say she is.
This will be a good, heartwarming scene like they usually have as they talk things out and it’ll be a cool reminder that life goes on and some things never change.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Friday, September 15: Ex Number 3 hits town
Much to Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight)’s chagrin, his dinner date with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will be interrupted by the return of his nightmare ex.
We expect it to be Blair Cramer (Kassie DePaiva) and she’ll be there to meet her partner in crime Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).
Even if we’re wrong about who it’ll be, it’ll still be nice to know who is working with Tracy on her takeover of Deception, even if it’ll cause some headaches for those involved.
It’ll be even more fun when Lucy realizes she’s the one that’s largely behind the lawsuit, and when that happens we’re going to feel for Martin. He’s not going to stand a chance in keeping her calm.
