There’s going to be some interesting decisions being made in Genoa City in this episode, and we expect them to have some lasting effects and possibly create some chaos down the line.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, September 18: Can’t help himself
Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)’s come a long way in the last few episodes and it looks like he’s finally on the right path to find his way into the Newman family.

But that doesn’t mean there won’t be some bumps along the way, like indulging in too much alcohol. Good thing for Adam Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is so understanding.
They’ll have a pleasant conversation and he’ll see her to her room, but then things will get really interesting. It looks like he’ll kiss her.
It’ll be a moment of insanity on his part and they’ll pretend it didn’t happen, but we expect it’ll plant the seeds for them to get together down the road.
As much as “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers like her and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) together, she and Adam are a perfect couple.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, September 18: Staying neutral
Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) is going to find himself in a world of hurt at some point if he doesn’t pick a side, unless Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) appreciate his efforts.
To start it off, he’s going to share a drink with Victor and while it looks like a bonding session, we get the idea it’s more along the lines of Victor fishing for information and testing Nate’s loyalty.
Since Nate told him before he’s loyal to the company, things should get interesting when he dances around spilling Victoria’s plans, though he’ll fully agree with Victor doing what he wants with his company.
Victor will go so far as to ask him to help smooth things over between him and Victoria, and that’s going to be a tall order.
Nate will be put further to the test when he tells Victoria he agrees with Victor doing what he wants, but he didn’t rat her out to him. He’ll even say he doesn’t agree with her plan, but it’ll show he’s on her side and supporting her.
This is going to get dicey.
It’s only a matter of time before he’s going to be forced to pick a side, and that’s going to be a lose-lose proposition for him. Just when he thought working at Newman Enterprises would be a good career move.
