WWE Monday Night Raw begins with MVP in the ring for the VIP Lounge, which he says is the only club that’s still open. He welcomes Rey Mysterio and Aleister Black to the ring. He’s nervous about Aleister, asks him to not break anything. Then he brings out the guy who beat him to qualify last week, Apollo Crews. MVP says everyone wants to know what it means to become Mr. Money In The Bank. He asks Rey what it means to him but doesn’t let him answer, says he knows him well enough to know that to him it means an opportunity to cement his legacy and add to his historic career. MVP then asks Apollo Crews what it means to him and asks if he has what it takes. He actually does let Apollo take the microphone and he starts to answer, but then, Andrade’s music hits and Zelina Vega’s whole crew comes out to the stage!
Zelina says absolutely nobody in the WWE Universe wants to hear what Apollo Crews has to say.
But what people can’t get enough of is the United States Champion Andrade, Raw’s Lethal Lothario Angel Garza and WWE’s fastest rising star, Austin Theory. Says these three men are the future of Monday Night Raw. At one point or another all three of the men in the ring were called the future but none of them measure up to her trio. And the future that those three represent a bleak. One where the Money In The Bank contract resides somewhere other than Raw. I believe the word she’s looking for is ‘SmackDown’. Zelina has her boys take down the velvet ropes that surround the ring as they enter.
Zelina demands that they show that they’re willing to do what’s best for Monday Night Raw and allow Andrade, Angel and Austin take their place. MVP starts to reply but this time Rey cuts him off and asks if they’re seriously asking them to give up their MITB spots? But they didn’t just come for that, they came to pick a fight with us… and a brawl breaks out and ends almost as quickly, with the faces sending the heels packing immediately! Looks like we’ll be having a six man tag and potentially a pretty high stakes one if the MITB spots are all on the line!
