WWE Monday Night Raw continues. The Street Profits are celebrating their basketball victory over the Viking Raiders only for Erik and Ivar to correct them and state that they let them win. To demonstrate this, we see Ivar hitting several 3 pointers, and finally we end with a dunk! Just when I thought there was no dunk to be found, here it is. Absolutely incredible. Still I’m not adjusting the previous article, they chose to wait until the game was over to do this so it’s gonna go down as a loss in the Overtimer’s official record books. Sorry but them’s the breaks. Anyhow, out comes Shayna Baszler and she’ll be facing off with Natalya.
Natalya vs. Shayna Baszler
Nattie with a shoulder block, Shayna with one of her own. Shayna keeps talking smack. Side headlock takeover. Nattie fights her way back up, flips into an arm wringer but a simple trip takes her down. Shayna forces Natalya into the corner, there’s the break but Shayna trips her up again just to embarass her. Natalya gives her a golf clap. Waistlock, Shayna drives her into the corner and uses the whole 4 count just to kinda smother her a little. Natalya avoids some shots, tries for a double leg, Shayna kicks her away and pounds her in the corner. Pulls her out for a snap suplex. And there’s a second one for a 1 count.
Baszler pulls Nattie up in a Kirifuda Clutch attempt but Natalya rolls through. Picks the leg, and there’s a Sharpshooter attempt but Baszler escapes and singles out her right arm. Leaps for the stomp but Nattie avoids it and rolls her up, Shayna immediately kicks out though and nails Natalya with a driving knee right to the face! Covers and thats that.
Winner: Shayna Baszler
Pretty good night for Shayna Baszler as she really made herself out to be a scumbag before getting a fairly dominant victory over Natalya and even beating her with a secondary finish. She is for sure going to be going up against Asuka soon.
King Corbin is here and asked about what he did at Money In The Bank. Corbin says what people didn’t see, Rey and Aleister landed on a secondary roof just six feet below, they’re very lucky. Corbin says Drew McIntyre road his coattails for a whole year.
