The past few weeks on Main Event have been ruff for Monday Night RAW’s resident punk rocker, as Ruby Riott has lost matches three weeks in a row. A losing streak can often be hard to break, and while she might not reach the legendary levels of Curt Hawkins, she will need to figure something out fast. Her loses have also come whenever she steps in the ring lately she loses. She has not won a match since she beat Nikki Cross back in February of 2019. This is 19 televised losses in a row. Despite this, there are many who still see her potential, and one man is building a faction on Monday Night RAW. He has already helped to turn around the career on Bobby Lashley, could MVP help Ruby Riott become a star next?
MVP Has Praised And Cheered Ruby Riott On In Her Recent Losses
One of the things that make Main Event an honestly great show as of late is the commentary of MVP. During the matches of Ruby Riott, he has been supportive of her, and disapointed when she makes rookie mistakes. She simply is in need of guidence, as ever since the Riott Squad broke up, she has been on her own and frankly sinking in her new singles role. Having clashed too many times with Liv Morgan, and Sarah Logan being gone from WWE, she can’t even get the band back together. Just one or two wins could get her back on track, but her slump could be hard to break. Having someone like MVP leave the desk and get into her corner could be the motivation she needs to get that win.
A Full Faction Should Include Atleast One Female Talent
While MVP has his heavyweight ace in Bobby Lashley, has been scouting tag teams like Ricochet & Cedric Alexander as well as Brendan Vink & Shane Throne, and also had his eyes on the new WWE United States Champion Apollo Crews. This covers all but one aspect of the Monday Night Raw roster, the women’s divison. Ruby Riott is someone who is tough as nails, and with the right backup she could be a threat to people like Asuka or Shayna Baszler. Being part of a big faction suits someone like Riott, and could be her big break.
