We have a potential David vs. Goliath classic on our hands as PAC takes on another member of Eddie Kingston’s family. He’s taken out The Blade, but now he needs to face the hulking Butcher in another grudge match. PAC will be outpowered, out sized, but there is no way that Butcher can outspeed him, so that is what he will need to focus on. A win here gets him one step closer to a shot at Eddie Kingston himself, who was on commentary for this match.
The Bastard vs. The Butcher
These two very angry men would butt heads to start before throwing strikes. PAC went for kicks to the leg, while Butcher threw haymakers, but just had to catch PAC and throw him over the top. The game of cat and mouse would be won by the mouse, who got Butcher on his knees and kicked him down.
Butcher just had to hit one crossbody block to slow PAC down, and with the pace slow? He was free to throw those heavy shots that dominate his style. One big punch from Butcher would put PAC down, and eventually he’ll stay down. A short irish whip into the corner hurt the back and neck of PAC, as his neck snapped back as he hit the corner.
Butcher got distracted by Penta at ringside, allowing PAC to get some breath and regain some control. An outside brawl saw Butcher hit the barricade, but he came back with a big boot. Throughout the break, Butcher stayed in firm control, just aiming his strikes and beating PAC into the mat.
PAC Takes Flight
As we came back from the break, we’d see The Bastard regain some life with some well placed kicks, ending with a superkick. PAC went up top and hit the shotgun dropkick, sending Butcher across the ring. Butcher was in place for Black Arrow, but Penta being attacked on the outside ruined his focus.
Butcher was watching his Stan Hansen tapes and hit a huge lariat, then a falling powerbomb, getting a close two count. Kingston called for Butcher to stay urgent and end this match, but he was soaking the moment in. Kingston almost went to ringside, but was stopped by Lance Archer.
In the ring, Butcher got kicked in the head, PAC nailed the Black Arrow and this one was over. Who will get Kingston first, PAC or Lance Archer?
