‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here, and we’re all set to share some more spoilery goodies.
It looks like Genoa City’s going to see some character building in this episode that’s important to any show, and it’s something they do exceptionally well.

We think it’s a fun way for us to look deeper into our established favorites and to learn what makes our newer ones tick.
It can be a double edged sword given how badly a storyline can go, but we already know what Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) did so this will be more a trip down memory lane.

Who Sally will open up to is the question and it could be Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman), Summer Newman (Hunter King), or Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
We think it’ll depend on if she’s trying to ingratiate, manipulate, or bond with (respectively).
While her shares could be equal parts confession and needing to enter witness protection, we think she’s going to continue forging a bond with Jack.
While it’s smart since he’s the top of the Abbott family food chain, she also managed to form a bond with him that hasn’t developed elsewhere.
How much she’ll share will make this a must watch segment, but ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers think that whatever she shares Jack will understand on some level.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, December 29: Mariah steps to the plate
Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) has been bullied, harassed, and manipulated for a couple of months now, and it doesn’t look like it’s going to end any time soon.
In fact, it may get worse as Faith’s friends keep going after her.
One of the leading culprits in this is Jordan (Madison Thompson), according to fans online. It also helps she’s the only one that’s been mentioned, but it’s been pretty obvious in how Jordan goes back and forth.
Whatever happens, it looks like Faith is going to have some much needed backup and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will step up to the challenge.
Mariah is one of the few people Faith seems to trust and actually like being around as she and Mariah appear to connect on a different level.
And now Mariah’s going to go full Big Sis on somebody, and we’re looking forward to her hopefully getting a pound of flesh for Faith.
