Hello and welcome to WWE Raw Results!
This is the last edition of Raw for 2020, so let’s give it the sendoff it deserves and get ready to welcome in the New Year.
Tonight should be interesting following the best Smackdown of 2020, and we’re hoping to see more of the same tonight, so let’s buckle up.
There was a brief memorial mention of Jon Huber (Luke Harper, Brodie Lee) who passed away on December 26 from a lung infection, according to his wife.
Hope the WWE does more than this for they type of person we’ve heard he was. He deserves more than a mention.
After the announcement that Keith Lee and Sheamus will face each other tonight and the winner will face Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship next week, McIntyre headed to the ring.
McIntyre was dressed for a match, so we’re curious what’s going to come in the next few minutes.
McIntyre said it’s time for the last Raw of 2020, and then went on how it’s been a wild year for him.
He mentioned winning the Royal Rumble and then his championship reigns. He thanked the fans for rallying behind him.
He said there was a time when he was called the Chosen One by the powers that be, but it was the fans choosing him is what sent him to the top.
He then turned his attention toward the future and how he’ll be defending the WWE Championship on Legends Raw next week against either Lee or Sheamus.

Sheamus’ music started and he headed out.
Sheamus apologized and McIntyre told him he wasn’t and this is what happens every time. He said he asked Sheamus not to pull anything during last week’s match.
Sheamus said he kept his word and didn’t lay a finger on lee during the match.
McIntyre said he should’ve known better, and Sheamus said he should’ve and went on how they’re in position to live their dream next week.
Sheamus promised it’ll be him and McIntyre in the first Raw of 2021, but Lee’s music started and he came out to counter Sheamus’ claim.
Lee said how it’s cute how best friends were in the ring and how McIntyre looked proud of Sheamus despite McIntyre’s claims otherwise.
Lee went on about how McIntyre’s word is just as good as Sheamus, and he then said every part of him wants to destroy Sheamus, but he’ll wait until their match to force an apology out of him.
Lee then told McIntyre that he should question his best friend because he’ll stab him in the back like he does everyone else.
Sheamus told him he Brogue Kicked Lee because he’s been constantly running his mouth about Sheamus betraying McIntyre.
McIntyre called for a referee to head to the ring so the two of them can settle things, and said that not matter what he’ll retain next week.
Lee started to question him when Sheamus hit with a Brogue Kick.
