WWE Smackdown Results returned and the Dirty Dawgs (Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode) were on commentary, so we know they’re going to get involved in some way.
Dominik and Gable started it off and Gable took him down twice from behind, but Dominik rolled out of a release reverse suplex.
Dominik followed it with an arm drag and then a dropkick.
Otis came in and ran Dominik over, then Rey caught him with a shoulder in the ropes and a couple of rights before hitting a sitton and a slingshot crossbody that Otis caught and drove him into the mat.
Otis hit a splash, and caught Dominik with a double ax handle.
Otis hit a splash, but the referee called the match and disqualified Otis and Gable because Otis didn’t listen to the five count.
After the match and under Gable’s direction, Otis hit Rey with a splash off the middle rope.
Dream match
Edge came up to Daniel Bryan and thanked him for fighting to get his career back, and it inspired him to come back.
Bryan said if he wins the Chamber match and beats Reigns, Edge can repay him by challenging him and Edge said it sounds like a dream match.
Pre-match Prep
Backstage, Bryan and Cesaro were joined by Kevin Owens and Owens asked if they wanted to talk strategy.
Bryan said they were talking about what happens if they get stunnered in the middle of the match, and the two of them listed Owen’s betrayals.
Owens said he understands and last week he hit the ring during a big fight and thought they were both coming for him.
He said they’re a team and don’t have to worry about a stunner tonight, but on Sunday they’ll have to worry about two, three, or maybe four.
Carmella’s warning
Reginald brought Carmella some wine, and she asked where he was that took him so long to bring her the wine.
He said he had to make sure it was the perfect wine and temperature.
She called him out for playing games since she saw him in the ring, and she told him she’s not mad and understands.
She said she knows he’s going to do the right thing, but she didn’t say what will happen if he doesn’t, and WWE Smackdown Results wonder what she has in mind.
She spit out the win and threw a fit and what was left in his face, demanding he get her another glass.
