WWE Smackdown Results returned as Owens started things off by saying for the last few months he’s been trying to get Sami Zayn to understand that he has his back and Zayn rewarded him by kicking him in the head last week.
He said he’s got a question that only Zayn can answer and called for Zayn to come out.
It took a while but he came out and said he is sorry for what he did last week. He said he had no business kicking him at all, but the conspiracy stuff has affected his thinking.
Owens then said that’s not what he wanted an answer to, and Zayn said that his question is if Owens can still be a part of his documentary and he said yes.
He promised Owens will be pleased as he’s about to drop a huge piece of news, and next week he’ll have a red carpet affair for the release of his documentary.
Zayn added that he’s been going back and forth with Logan Paul for weeks and Paul is into the documentary and will help Zayn get the word out.
He added that Paul will be there next week as Zayn’s guest of honor.
Owens gets his answer
The graphic for next week appeared on the titantron and he promised Owens he can be a part of it.
Owens said he doesn’t care about his documentary, Logan Paul, or what happened last week.
Zayn interrupted him and told him he owes him an apology for acting like he’s on his side.
Owens told him to shut up and listen to him and said the only reason he allowed him to stand in the ring this long was because he wants to know if Zayn will face him one on one at WrestleMania.
Zayn tried to talk him down and convince him to work with him but Owens wasn’t having it and demanded a yes or no.
Zayn eventually answered with a yes and asked Owens if he’s happy now.
Owens said he is happy and he needed that answer and now that he has it he’ll beat Zayn senseless.
Owens went right after him and beat him down, chased him to the floor where he hit a clothesline. Zayn slipped into the ring, but Owens caught him with a stunner to put an end to that.
We have to say, we think this will be an awesome match at WrestleMania.
Bryan approached Pearce backstage and said he used to be the GM and understand the pressure he’s under, and said deep down Pearce knows the right answer and all he has to do is make it.
