‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to dive into an interesting storyline with some spoilery goodies.
It’s nice to have an episode that looks like it won’t be so focused on repeating a storyline as they have recently.

Many of us may have flashbacks to yesteryear when Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) protects Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) from either reporters or police.
It’s nothing new to her since she defends him to her family all of the time, but covering for him when others come knocking could mean interesting things are going to start happening.
We’d love to see Victor get nailed for some of his business practices, but we think this will be more of a tease than not.
After all, he’s the show’s center in many ways and there’s little to no way anything will happen to him.

When it comes to coping with the difficulties of life, few are as good at diving into games to lose themselves for a while like Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
It’s always fun watching these two relax and have fun together. It’s a great way for us to forget some of our own troubles as we get to see them relax and may even get some ideas of our own.
It’s also probable this is the calm before the storm before their lives get turned upside down for the thousandth time.
The question we have is how fast and bad will things get for them and who will be responsible?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, April 27: Amanda makes a discovery
Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) is good at her job, and when her sister, Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose), threatened her, she’s going to really dig in.
This will go beyond working to help her grandfather ass Amanda will look into her half-sister’s past, and ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers think she’ll find out Imani is adopted.
It seems like a stretch, but it would answer more than a few questions about her actions toward Amanda.
If she’s adopted, Imani may feel that Amanda will replace her in their mother’s life and she will fight that.
Giving Amanda the smallest opening could cause tons of problems in her mind, so she’ll want to head them off.
It makes sense given how she may have felt the need to prove she belongs her whole life.
This has the potential to be an awesome storyline even if they don’t go this route, and we can’t wait to see what’s to come.
