Last week was pretty busy in the wrestling business as two more potential progeny were welcomed into the world as Brandi and Cody Rhodes welcome their daughter, and Renee Paquette and Jon Moxley welcomed their son.
Brandi and Cody took to social media to share their news with the world as Brandi posted on her Instagram:
“Happy Birthday Liberty Iris. We are so in love with you, sweet beautiful girl. We are so fortunate and blessed to be your mom and dad❤️”
The news was received with love and congratulations from fans, friends, and family, and it helped close the week out with a feel good story that many enjoy.
Both have prominent executive roles in AEW and have helped the company grow and become a force in the professional wrestling world after meeting during their time in the WWE.

Keeping it in the AEW family
While they readied to begin a new stretch in their lives, Jon Moxley and Renee Paquette welcome their daughter into the world a few days earlier and, like the Rhodes, the took to Twitter with Renee tweeting:
“Baby girl is officially here, so I’m checking out and becoming a mom. (She’s absolutely incredible!!)”
The outpouring of love and congratulations came her and Moxley’s way as well, and even the WWE offered their congratulations.
“A big CONGRATULATIONS to the one and only @ReneePaquette on the birth of her baby girl!”

Fans noticed something was missing from the WWE’s congratulations, namely Jon Moxley’s name. It may be because he’s working with AEW and she’s not, but we’re not going to read too much into it.
There’s every chance it was a simple typing mistake.
We’re ecstatic both children were born healthy and the mothers are fine, and that’s all we can really ask for.
Whether of not these two bundles of joy will follow their parents into the ring or announcing is years away, we’re sure they’re going to have plenty of fun being dotted on and causing their own brand of chaos from time to time.
Congratulations to Cody and Brandy Rhodes and Jon and Renee! We hope you and your families have plenty of more success and happy times ahead.
