‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to get things rolling with some fresh spoilery goodies.
It looks like we’re taking a side trip to spend time with some of Genoa City’s other citizens, and it’s going to be a fun character building episode as seeds are planted and nurtured for future growth.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, August 12: Balancing act
Things can be tough when both members of a relationship are struggling to find time to be together and unwind. After all, private time together is important when forming lasting bonds.
This is the trap Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will find themselves in as they struggle to find a balance between their professional and personal lives.
They’ve been trying with some success, but they’re going to find another obstacle in their way they hadn’t planned on and Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) won’t make it easy to ignore her.
In fact, we expect her to make things as difficult as she can on Elena as she’ll take every opportunity she has to step between the couple and endear herself to Nate further.
Nate’s shown he’s more than a little obtuse when it comes to Imani’s charms, so Elena’s going to have to be on her toes.
This has some potential going forward and Nate can either be the hero or the zero in someone’s eyes, and CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers are curious how it’ll work out.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, August 12: Billy and Lily have a quandary
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is no stranger to rolling the dice and diving into something that’s controversial and could cause a good deal of trouble.
While his energy and enthusiasm can be a good thing, it can lead to some interesting places.
And since he and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) are going to have an ethical dilemma, it feels like just another day at Chance Comm.
Of course, this doesn’t mean it’ll stay that way and we have a feeling there could be a twist coming up where Lily may be the one wanting to push a questionable story.
We think it could be one about Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes)’s sudden disappearance but along the lines of why people walk away.
It could be a veiled attempt to draw her out, and since Lily’s brother, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), is the baby’s father it makes sense she may want to try to help.
If they go this route, it’ll be an interesting change of pace where Billy’s the one urging caution instead of Lily.
