    WWE Raw Results (8/23) – Karrion Kross Defeated Ricochet by Submission; Moist TV Breaks Down, Xavier Woods Defeated The Miz by Pinfall; The Miz Attacked John Morrison

    WWE Raw Results tuned back in as Doudrop spoke about Eva Marie and how she opened the door for her, but she’s not there to be talked down to.

    So, Marie rolled a equipment crate into her and slammed her head off it a few times.

    Karrion Kross vs. Ricochet

    Ricochet went right after Kross, and Kross grabbed him and hit an exploder and then stomped down Ricochet.

    Ricochet fought back but ran into a clothesline, and then absorbed a powerbomb and a Doomsday Suplex before locking in a Kross Jacket for the win.

    Backstage, Sheamus found Lashley and ripped into him for leaving him, and Sheamus didn’t back down when Lashley threatened to make him his business.

    Moist TV featuring Logan Paul

    John Morrison welcomed Logan Paul to his show with high praise and Paul was soundly booed.

    When Morrison asked Paul what was next for the Paul brothers, the Miz came out and said Morrison forgot to introduce him.

    Paul told him he’s more of a New Day fan, and then promoted his brother’s match in Cleveland.

    Morrison continued to ignore the Miz until he interrupted him, and the fans gave him a piece of his mind.

    The Miz quickly sided with Paul as he lectured the fans about their greatness.

    The Miz then asked in what round is Paul’s brother getting knocked out in.

    Paul promised Miz if he asks another question like that he’s going to get knocked out and Morrison stepped between them and mentioned everyone would love to see Paul knock the Miz out.

    Miz took offense at that and Morrison asked the fans if the Miz makes everything about him and they agreed.

    Paul then left to let them work out their problems and Miz blamed him, and said she was supposed to be fighting for titles at SummerSlam and he had to play with the Drip Stick.

    The Miz took offense at being called out for faking his injury and the two broke into an argument before Xavier Woods came out.

    Xavier Woods vs. The Miz

    The Miz managed to avoid Woods’ early attempts to take him down, and then locked in a side headlock Woods got out of and rolled him up for a pin attempt.

    More moves and counters followed before the Miz hit a clothesline and then ran into a kick to the midsection.

    Miz missed off the top rope and favored his left knee, so Woods wrapped it in the ropes and hit it with a dropkick.

    The Miz took advantage of the ref checking on him to his a knee and drop the Miz, but after a couple of misses off he rope, Woods hit a dropkick to his left knee.

    The Miz rolled to the floor and sidestepped Woods’ baseball slide and threw him into the barricade while Morrison lubricated the mat to the ring steps.

    Woods reversed the Miz’s whip and threw the Miz into the ring steps as we headed to commercial.

    Back from commercial, they’re back in the ring with the Miz in control and hitting some kicks to Woods.

    The Miz missed a kick in the corner and ate a neckbreaker that bought Woods some much needed time.

    Woods hammered away on the Miz and shoved him to the floor, then hit a baseball slide and moonsault over the top rope.

    After rolling the Miz into the ring, Woods headed to the top rope and hit a crossbody for a near pinfall.

    Miz fought back and hit a DDT for a near pinfall, and followed it with a Skull Crossing Finale attempt, but Morrison accidentally broke it up and distracted the ref when Miz had the pin.

    Woods then rolled up a distracted Miz for the win. This was a good match, but there had to be a gimmick ending.

    The Miz and Morrison eyed each other while Morrison tried to explain himself. While they sprayed the crowd, Miz attacked Morrison from behind and beat him down.

    The Miz looked like he complete snapped as he tore at Morrison’s face and nailed him with a kick and a Skull Crushing Finale and left Morrison in the ring.

    WWE Raw Results have been waiting for this for a while. This is going to be a run feud going forward.
