Hello and welcome to WWE Raw Live Results!
I’m your host, CP Bialois, and it looks like we’re in for a fun episode with plenty of matches with championship possibilities.
We’re going to grab some snacks, but we’ll be back at the 8 p.m. EST to get WWE Raw Live Results rolling.
Segment 1
RK-Bro got the night started but were interrupted by Bobby Lashley and MVP, and it ends up Lashley and Orton will face each other for the WWE Championship at Extreme Rules.
Lashley and MVP are also going to enter the Tag Team Turmoil Match
Segment 2
Tag Team Turmoil Match
Viking Raiders (Erik, Ivar) vs. The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods)
This started off fact paced, but the Viking Raiders eventually slowed it down. They caught Kofi’s coffin drop off the top rope to the floor and threw him into Woods as we headed to commercial.
Segment 3
A good match saw Woods roll up Erik for the win.
The New Day vs. Jinder Mahal and Veer w/Shanky
The New Day jumped then early, but Mahal and Veer fought them off and Veer pancaked Woods with a Lou Thez Press as we headed to commercial.
Segment 4
Woods hit a double stomp on Mahal for the win.
The New Day vs. Lucha House Party
A fun and exciting match came to a close as Woods countered a flip into a rollup on Gran Metalik for the win.
Segment 5
The New Day vs. Mace and T-Bar
Mace and T-Bar dominated, but Woods scored another “surprise” rollup on T-Bar for the win.
Mansoor and Mustafa Ali came out, but Mace and T-Bar destroyed them and the New Day. Wonder is anyone will continue? Bet the New Day does and wins the whole thing when it resumes.
Segment 6
United States Championship Number 1 Contenders Match – Drew McIntyre vs. Sheamus
This started off as brutal as we expected, and Sheamus hit a superplex as we headed to commercial.
Segment 7
This was an awesomely brutal match that Sheamus won after he countered a Claymore with a rollup.
Drex then hit him with his mask and hit a Claymore to mixed response from the crowd.
Segment 8
Championship Contenders Match – Rhea Ripley and Nikki A.S.H. vs. Natalya and Tamina
This is a fun back and forth and we’re enjoying watching Ripley use Nikki as a weapon, but Tamina nailed Ripley on the floor with a superkick as we headed to commercial.
Segment 9
This was a fun match Ripley won with a Riptide on Natalya after a blind tag in.
Segment 10
Karrion Kross vs. John Morrison
This was a quick squash match that ended when Kross locked in the Kross Jacket. It was nice seeing Morrison as a contender for a couple of weeks.
Segment 11
Raw Women’s Championship – Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Nia Jax w/ Shayna Baszler
Flair tried to leave early, but Baszler stopped her.
Jax and Flair went back and forth in the ring like last week, but they look sharper this time as Jax stopped a figure 4 attempt by flipped Flair over and Flair rolled to the floor as we headed to commercial.
Segment 12
This was just odd as Baszler threw shade at Jax before the match, then distracted her so Flair could hit a Natural Selection off the top rope for the win.
Alexa Bliss challenged Flair for the title after the match, and Flair gave it to her but no word on when yet.
Reggie, R-Truth, and Akira Tozawa had another entertaining vignette.
Segment 13
24/7 Championship – Reggie (c) vs. Akira Tozawa
This was a quick one Reggie won with a couple of flipping attacks for the pin. Reggie was as entertaining as ever.
Segment 14
Tag Team Turmoil Continues – The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods) vs. Mansoor and Mustafa Ali
This was a good match, but miscommunication between Ali and Mansoor gave the New Day a chance, and Kofi hit Ali with a Trouble in Paradise and Woods hit a flying elbow for the win.
Segment 15
The New Day vs. AJ Styles and Omos
This was more methodical than previous matches as Styles worked on Woods’ back, and then Omos caught Kofi with a right as Kofi came off the top rope to send us to the commercial break.
Segment 16
Omos caught Kofi and handed him to Styles for a Styles Clash.
AJ Styles and Omos vs. Bobby Lashley and MVP
This was a fun match and we finally got to see Lashley and Omos go at it to a standstill.
Lashley ducked a Phenomenal Forearm and hit a spear on Styles for the win.
After the match, Omos effortlessly chokeslammed Lashley before he helped Styles to the back.
Orton took advantage of the situation and hit Lashley with another RKO to send a message for their tag title match next week and their WWE Championship match at Extreme Rules.
This was a pretty good show overall. What did you think of it? Let us know in the comments below and thank you for joining WWE Raw Live Results. We had a blast and can’t wait for next week.
