‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) seemingly has buried his past, for better or worse, but now it seems it’s caught up to him. At the end of today’s episode, we see him receive a text telling him, “you’re a hard man to track down.”
While I initially thought it was someone from his past or a business deal gone sour, I think many of us believe that it’s Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), continuing to dig for information as his investigative journalists can’t find anything about the billionaire.

I think Billy is going to start trying to get under Ashland’s skin by using these text messages and scare him into giving up some information. Of course, all of this is because Billy wants to “protect his childr… he’s still in love with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
He’s been going after Ashland under the guise of helping and protecting his children, but honestly, he’s still in love with Victoria. This has begun to affect Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) who is beginning to understand why he’s going through all this trouble, and I think we could see the end of their relationship sooner rather than later.
With Billy going this deep now, I think she has to pull him back professionally and romantically. He’s clearly fallen to his old ways and has become obsessed. Do you see any end in sight for this behavior?
