A tribute to Daffney and all the men and women that are no longer with us was given as well as a ten bell salute.
Knockouts Knockdown Tournament Round One – Lady Frost vs. Rachael Ellering
A good starting match saw Rachael win a physical back and forth after hitting a Boss Woman Slam for the pin.
Knockouts Knockdown Tournament Round One – Chelsea Green vs. Renee Michelle
Renee spent most of the match working on Green’s injured arm, but green reveresed a neckbreaker into an Unprettier for the win.
Knockouts Knockdown Tournament Round One – Mercedes Martinez vs. Brandi Lauren
This was a quick one, and while Brandi put up a good fight, Mercedes won with the OG Drop.
Knockout Knockdown Tournament Round One – Tasha Steelz vs. Jamie Senegal
This was a good match as Jamie gave it everything and Steelz was brutally efficient before hitting a Crucifix Bomb for the win.
Pick You Poison – Deonna Purrazzo vs. Masha Slamovich
Purrazzo won a very hard fought match with a double armbar after masha managed to get free of her other attempts.
Knockouts Knockdown Tournament Round Two – Mercedes Martinez vs. Rachael Ellering
This was an awesomly brutal match that went back and forth before Mercedes won by submission via a guillotine choke
Knockouts Knockdown Tournament Round Two – Tasha Steelz vs. Chelsea Green
This was a good back and forth Steelz won with a frog splash after Green missed an Unprettier off the top rope.
Awesome Kong
Christy Hemme announced Awesome Kong as the next inductee into the Impact Wrestling Hall of Fame.
She gave a touching speech about the honor of being inducted, then talked about Daffney and how she wants to honor her for what she gave to the business.
Monster’s Ball – Savannah Evans vs. Kimber Lee vs. Alisha Edwards vs. Jordynne Grace
This was a brutal match with barb wire and thumb tacks Evans won with a full nelson slam on Alisha for the pin.
Knockouts Knockdown Tournament Finals – Tasha Steelz vs. Mercedes Martinez
Steelz gave it everything she had and came close, but Mercedes managed to outlast her and she hit an OG Drop to win and get a future shot at the Knockouts Championship.
Knockouts Tag Team Championship – Decay (Rosemary, Havok) w/Crazzy Steve and Black Taurus vs. The Influence (Tenille Dashwood, Madison Rayne) w/Kaleb with a K
This was a fun match and the perfect way to close out the night as Decay outmaneuvered The Inspiration to retain the titles following Rosemary’s spear on Madison for Havok to score the pin.
