I’m your host, CP Bialois, and this looks like it’s going to be a fun show as we make out last stop before Bound For Glory on Saturday.
We’ll be back to kick things off and get Impact Wrestling Live Results rolling at the 8 p.m. start time, so there’s time to grab some snacks and settle in for the ride.
Segment 1
Before The Impact (BTI) – W. Morrissey vs. Jake Something
Morrissey dominated most of the match, but Jake made a push at the end and nearly scored a pinfall win a couple of times.
Morrissey hit a big boot for the pin to close it out and set the night’s action up.
Our apologies for the delay. The stream hasn’t started on Youtube yet, but when it does we’ll bring you all the action.
Segment 2
Impact Tag Team # 1 Contenders Match – FinJuice (Juice Robinson, David Finlay) vs. The Bullet Club (Chris Bey, Hikuleo)
After a 30 minute delay, we’re back and with a great match.
The match ended with a simultaneous pin by both teams and two refs after the first was knocked out. Scott D’Amore will make a decision later tonight.
Segment 3
Crazzy Steve and Chelsea Green vs. Jordynne Grace and Fallah Bahh vs. Tenille Dashwood and John Skylar
This was a fun one and everyone worked well together with their unexpected partners before Tenille hit Bahh with a Spotlight Kick for the win.
Segment 4
Heath nearly had Rhino back when VBD came out. After briefly helping Heath, Rhino left and VBD went after Heath and draped their flag over him afterwards.
Segment 5
Pick Your Poison – Mickie James vs. Savannah Evans w/Tasha Steelz
This was a solid match Evans dominated through most of, but Mickie rallied and hit a DDT for the win.
Deonna Purrazzo came and and shoved Mickie, and Mathew Rehwoldt nailed Mickie with a clothesline.
Segment 6
Brian Myers cut Sam Beale and Manny Lemons from the Learning Tree, and R. D. Evans is back representing the IInspiration for their contract signing.
Segment 7
Trey Miguel vs. Alex Zayne
This was a wrestling clinic Trey won with a metora off the top rope, and afterwards Steve Macklin attacked him.
The Bullet Club came out and El Phantasmo laid a restrained Macklin out with a superkick, then nailed Trey’s Little Trey with a straight right.
Segment 8
Christian and Alexander exchanged final words, and Alexander called him out for not being a true Impact Wrestling Champion as long as he’s cashing check from Tony Kahn
Christian then told him he’s not the best wrestler in Canada of in the ring.
Alexander went after him and security and the locker room came out to separate them as Christian mocked Alexander by holding the championship high to close out the show.
This was a fun show with some twists and turns, including the Impact tag title match not being a triple threat. It’s a little WWE-ish, but it looks like it’ll be a great match and they don’t do it too often.
